Family Photo Session - Nicole, James & their boys

Saturday morning at Harold Boas Gardens was the perfect location for this lovely family's photo shoot... It's a beautiful location with lots of greenery, and was lovely & quiet. The boys were happy as well, as they got to have a play at the playground after their photo shoot! Nicole & James were after some photos of their family, and also to give some prints as gifts for Christmas presents (great idea!) The boys were on their very best behaviour, and were perfect little angels! My favourite shots of the day were of the three big brothers looking at their baby brother...

Newborn Session - Amelia

Amelia's mum contacted me when she was pregnant to book in a newborn session for her baby girl. Once Amelia was born she contacted me to let me know she had arrived, and we scheduled her newborn shoot. 

Amelia was only 7 days old, and it is so true that the younger the baby when having their shoot done the better it is. She slept beautifully for the first part of the session, then woke up and once she had a feed was perfectly content to lay there and look gorgeous for me! She was the perfect little angel! It was very hard to choose my favourites, but I think I have narrowed it down to these ones...

Family Photo Session - The Brook Family

Samantha wanted a stress free photo session with her family, so we headed up to a favourite spot of mine, Sir James McCusker Park in Iluka. This park has so many different spots in the one location so we just wondered around and had fun, while I took photos of the their family. I had a lovely afternoon with them, these are a few of my favourites...

 I also designed this collage for them... I think it would look great on canvas, what do you think?

Family Photo Session - Adam, Jess & Dakota (the dog)

Adam & Jess decided they wanted to include their much loved fur-baby Dakota in their photo shoot - and why not? She is a big part of their family! This shoot was just done in their back yard & the local park, so nice and casual & relaxed, just what they were after! Here is a little collage I put together for them...

Family Photo Session - Luka, Nikita & Timi

Claire and her sister-in-law, Rebecca were after some photos of their children, as well as some photos for the 'Christmas Cards'. We met at Sir James McCusker Park in Iluka, and had a lovely morning in the beautiful sunshine, we even managed to get a photo of all cousins together! These are a few of my favourites...

This one is so cute, poor little Timi, he's not too happy about being a Christmas elf!

Maternity - Carrie & Michael

I was very honoured when Michael, an award winning landscape photographer, asked me to do his wife's maternity photo shoot. We had a fun wandering around the beautiful Kings Park, and Carrie was great, she was more than happy to lay on the ground at 38+ weeks pregnant to get these cool shots. Carrie & Michael are a beautiful couple... I am really looking forward to meeting their little 'bump', hopefully in a few weeks time for his / or her newborn session! Here are a few of my favourites...

 

Newborn - Owen

This is little miracle baby, Owen. He was born at almost 25 weeks, weighing only 850 grams!   Now, he is almost 4 months old, and only just came home from hospital, and settling in with his family. He is doing really well & is on oxygen at home (something I am all too familiar with, having one of my boys on oxygen at home, after a stay in NICU too). Owen is just gorgeous! These are a few of my favourites of little Owen & his lovely family...
